Refund Policy
We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.

Any such refund or replacement applies to any product bought from this www.websterpunch.com or ordered by phone or fax from Webster Punch.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days after the day of receiving your goods. We will fully refund the money paid to us within 30 working days.

In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us and any costs involved in credit card refund (as charged to us by the banks or merchant facility suppliers). The returned goods must be in a saleable condition.

In the event of goods arriving to you damaged with leaky contents, we may ask for original packing as evidence, so that we can claim from the postal services.

If you do not return the goods within 30 working days we may reduce your refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, we would prefer if possible, the return of goods with the manufacturer's packaging intact.
